Engage your wise mind to assess your self-esteem and hidden behavioural mechanisms in romantic and platonic relational dynamics.

Taught by Birgit TrauerDr Birgit Trauer is a renowned educator, a voice for insight and change, author, and a peace advocate.

Birgit’s passion is to share her deep understanding of human experiences grounded in relational sciences, specifically social and positive psychology. She believes that we all benefit from learning to navigate the intricacies of our relational lives as best as possible - in our private and public spheres, and the world at large.

In all her work, Birgit draws on her extensive background in teaching for higher education institutions in Canada, England, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, and the study-abroad program Semester at Sea.

This, along with working in the leisure and tourism industry and coaching in the health and fitness industry, makes Birgit an exciting and insightful guide on your adventurous journey of developing and practising Relational CORE Fitness. Welcome.
